We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced person to become our Whangarei Branch Manager. Reporting to the Regional Manager Auckland, this is an autonomous role whilst having full support from the wider Management team.
In this position, you will manage the operations of the branch, leading a team of 6 staff, with responsibility for overall sales; customer service; tendering; service levels; and compliance. You will manage and monitor all key financial branch targets to ensure performance is achieved.
This role requires someone who has had previous fire protection /building industry experience, as well as experience managing a branch/department and sales exposure. You will have a technical or building background and understand the importance of excellent service to your customers. You will be familiar with the tendering process and feel right at home liaising with architects and builders around fire and security systems.
