Sarah Metcalfe
Senior HR Specialist, Bay of Plenty
Sarah joined HR Connect in 2016. She began her career in the teaching profession in Gisborne before heading overseas to teach English. In 2005 she joined Intercall Australia and moved into an HR role, progressing through to become Senior Regional HR Manager for Asia Pacific, leading a team of 17 HR professionals across the region.
Returning to New Zealand with her family in 2012, Sarah became a Senior HR Advisor for the Bay of Plenty District Health Board. Sarah has a passion for employment relations and a strong desire to work collaboratively with people. She has a knack for getting to the heart of a matter quickly and a pragmatic approach to her work.
Sarah is a Registered Private Investigator.
